REFUNDS & DAMAGED GOODS POLICY
Undamaged Returns and Refunds
For any undamaged product, simply contact us within 5 working days from the date you receive the product, and we will offer to exchange it or refund based upon the original payment method.
To be entitled to an exchange or refund, please return the purchased product with its original packaging along with the receipt (or gift receipt). Customer will be responsible for shipment of replaced product and/or return shipment of the returned product.
Damaged Goods, Warranties & Responsibility
If any product purchased from us is damaged through no fault of the purchaser we will replace the product. You must contact us within 5 working days from the date you receive the product to make a claim.
If your claim is approved, we will pay for shipment of replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the damaged product to us. If we are unable to replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us.
